The functions of the Administrative Committee are:

  1. To recommend for approval, and execute all matters relating to recruitment, placement, deployment, remuneration, evaluation, discipline, motivation training and retirement of all employees of the Church except the Clergy.
  2. To produce working documents that facilitate the performance of the functions in (1) above e.g. Job description for all staff, salary scale etc.
  3. To propose policies to the Church Council, that make for dynamic management of the Church's human resources from time to time.
  4. To carry out other related duties as may be assigned to the Committee by the Church Council from time to time.
