The functions of the Administrative Committee are:
- To recommend for approval, and execute all matters relating to recruitment, placement, deployment, remuneration, evaluation, discipline, motivation training and retirement of all employees of the Church except the Clergy.
- To produce working documents that facilitate the performance of the functions in (1) above e.g. Job description for all staff, salary scale etc.
- To propose policies to the Church Council, that make for dynamic management of the Church's human resources from time to time.
- To carry out other related duties as may be assigned to the Committee by the Church Council from time to time.
